Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us directly: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in an enquiry, quote request or newsletter signup.

We also record basic technical information such as the pages viewed and the time of a form submission, so we can measure demand and improve the site.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare indicative funding options, deliver the newsletter if you asked for it, and keep records of the advice we provide.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with capital partners, lenders or advisers where that is necessary to progress a mandate you have asked us to pursue, and only with your knowledge.

Enquiry, quote and subscriber records are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security. Access is limited to team members who need it to act on your request.

We retain records for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Newsletter emails are sent only to people who opted in. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by email.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
